We’d love for you to arrive during this window so you’ll be all set for the best part of the day. Someone will be there to guide you towards cocktails and then to your seats for the ceremony. While you’re getting settled, we’ll be sneaking away for a private first look and to exchange our vows—thank you for giving us that special little moment.

Ceremony

Walking down the aisle, exchanging vows, and celebrating the beautiful beginning of our life together as husband and wife.

Photo time
15:30-16:30
Photo time! Everyone’s welcome to join in, but if you’d rather skip the spotlight, no worries—head back to the venue and sip some cocktails while we strike a few poses. We have a fantastic photography team; this is their time to shine!

Dinner
17:00-19:00
Time to enjoy our delicious meal! Be sure to let us know your food preferences in your RSVP. If you’d like to give a speech while everyone’s eating, let us know—otherwise, there will be another chance later. -
Cake cutting and First Dance
19:00-20:30
Time for cake, our first dance, and maybe a few speeches! The exact order is still a surprise—we’ll decide closer to the big day. -
Afterparty
20:30-1:00
Time to show off your dance moves, chat and catch up, snack a little, and just relax. No rush to leave—you’re welcome to stay and party with us until the very end or sneak off to catch some extra sleep.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind for the Day
Please note that these guidelines come directly from our venue and catering team. If they’re not followed, we could be fined — so we kindly ask everyone to help us honor these rules. If someone is unable to do so, we may have to ask them to step out of the celebration. Thank you so much for understanding!

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building. If you’d like to smoke or vape, please use the designated outdoor area.
We also kindly ask that you do not smoke cannabis at the venue. The smell can trigger severe migraines for Mariia, and we truly want her to be able to enjoy the day feeling her best. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting this. -
Please do not bring or use glitter, flower petals (natural or artificial), streamers, rice, or confetti anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors. The venue has strict cleanup rules and using these items would result in fees. Thank you so much for helping us keep everything smooth!

Any action that could trigger the fire alarm may result in substantial fines for the venue — potentially thousands of dollars. For safety and to avoid fees, please do not use any fuels, open flames, sparklers, or fire-triggering items anywhere on the property.
